Jira and Linear are full project-management tools with sprints, roadmaps and dependencies. dontslowme is focused only on bug tracking — it is faster to file a bug, faster to triage, and the entire status history is visible inline. Teams often use it alongside a heavier planning tool.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. While in beta, every feature is free — unlimited bugs, projects and members, with no credit card required.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Invite people by email or via a shareable invite link. Each member gets a role: owner, editor, status-only, reporter, or commenter — so contractors and clients can participate without full access.

Can I attach screenshots and videos?

Yes. Paste screenshots straight from the clipboard with Ctrl/Cmd + V, or upload images and screen recordings. Attachments work on bugs and on comments.

Can I share a bug with someone outside my team?

Every bug has a stable URL. People who are not members of the project will see a friendly access notice instead of the bug content, so links are safe to paste in chat.

Yes. The built-in Dashboard shows live KPIs — resolution rate, average time-to-fix, open bugs by status and priority, weekly trend and a per-project comparison. The Reports view generates executive summaries, velocity, quality, project and reporter reports for any 7, 30 or 90-day window, with CSV export and print-perfect PDF output.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, served over HTTPS. Attachments live in private storage and are served via short-lived signed URLs.

Do you support single sign-on?

Google sign-in is available out of the box. Additional SSO providers are on the roadmap.

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your bugs, comments and attachments belong to you. Export is available on request during the beta and will be self-serve in the stable release.

Is dontslowme GDPR-compliant?

We store only the data you submit. You can delete projects, bugs and your account at any time, which removes the underlying records and attachments.
